My stay at Casona Plaza Ecolodge was exceptional. The receptionist, Ricardo, provided helpful local tips upon arrival. The hotel grounds were impeccably clean with convenient parking. The room was spacious with a luxurious bed and a bathroom equipped with amenities and a large hot shower. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and was served early in the morning. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Colca Canyon activities. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

Friendly staff, alpacas in the garden, large and spacious accommodation, well-maintained property, clean rooms, nice design.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an amazing solo trip experience with fantastic views around the hotel. the room was spacious, clean, and practical, with a beautiful bathroom that included all toiletries and a hair dryer. the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. We loved the peaceful ambiance of the hotel and fast wifi service that allowed us to stream Netflix without any interruption. the hotel facilities were well-maintained and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Although the cable TV channels were only available in the reception area, we did not see this as a major disadvantage as we came to disconnect and enjoy the natural surroundings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing local tips and ensuring that I had a comfortable experience. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities, room, and bathrooms was impeccable. The hotel also had great parking and transportation options. The location was perfect; peaceful and relaxing with spectacular views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was served early, making it easy to start my day.

Loved the comfortable and cozy room with warm bedding to protect from the chilly nights. Breakfast was really amazing, especially the a la carte dishes for dinner. The hotel had attentive, helpful and welcoming staff. The hotel also offered a basic breakfast, and the space was equipped with necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel missed out on adding a spa with massage services, manicure and pedicure to make the stay even more luxurious. It also lacked some beautiful landscapes and greenery that could have made it more pleasing to the eye.

My Xmas experience at this hotel was amazing! the alpacas in the garden were absolutely adorable and the staff was incredibly friendly. the location was perfect for Colca canyon tours and it was easy to arrange transportation to nearby towns. the hotel had a nice, quiet atmosphere with a cozy fireplace and pool table.
The room was quite chilly during the night even though there was a heater available. the restaurant food could have been better.
